Eleitos em 2022 pela legenda, os parlamentares infringem por meio do voto pela soltura do deputado federal Chiquinhos Brazão, artigos previstos no Regimento Partidário. A conduta dos parlamentares, ao votarem contra a orientação da Federação Brasil da Esperança, causa espanto e não representa os valores desta legenda.
Muito embora os dois parlamentares possuíssem carta de anuência para saída do partido, as condutas deflagradas na última quarta-feira (10) ferem o Estatuto, os valores e especialmente a ética do Partido Verde ao defender a liberação de um parlamentar acusado de ser um dos mandantes do assassinato de Marielle Franco e Anderson, extermínio que chocou todo o Brasil e que fere a democracia brasileira.
