Pessoas com deficiência causada por doenças associadas à infecção do zika vírus podem receber indenização por danos morais no valor de R$ 50 mil. É o que prevê o PL 6.064/2023, aprovado pela Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS) na quarta (12). O projeto também estabelece pensão mensal do INSS, no valor atual de R$ 7.786,02. O texto segue para a Comissão de Assuntos Econômicos (CAE).
