A proposta que obriga os planos de saúde a cobrirem as despesas do acompanhante durante os períodos de trabalho de parto, parto e pós-parto imediato foi aprovada pela Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS). Agora o texto, que nesta quarta-feira (11) foi votado pela comissão em turno suplementar, segue para análise na Câmara dos Deputados.
A matéria foi aprovada sob a forma de um substitutivo (texto alternativo) ao PL 2.570/2022, que é um projeto de lei da senadora Daniella Ribeiro (PSD-PB). O substitutivo foi apresentado pela senadora Jussara Lima (PSD-PI).
