Nesta sexta-feira (23 de agosto), o técnico Dorival Júnior convocou 23 jogadores para os confrontos do Brasil contra Equador e Paraguai em 6 e 10 setembro de 2024, respectivamente. As partidas serão válidas pelas eliminatórias sul-americanas para a Copa do Mundo da FIFA 26™.
Duas novidades da lista são o garoto Estevão, do Palmeiras, de 17 anos, e o jovem Luiz Henrique, do Botafogo, de 23. Os novatos se juntam a um elenco que, para o ataque, tem nomes mais experientes que já vestiram a camisa da Seleção principal ao longo dos últimos anos: Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Savinho, Endrick e Pedro.
