Sem acesso ao fundo eleitoral, Cristina Graeml conseguiu arrecadar R$515 mil para sua campanha, montante significativamente inferior aos R$12,4 milhões angariados por Eduardo Pimentel, seu adversário do PSD que avançou para o segundo turno. Pimentel, de 39 anos e com formação em administração de empresas, recebeu apoio do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro, do governador de São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, e do governador do Paraná, Ratinho Junior, fortalecendo sua posição na disputa.

Graeml, por outro lado, apesar de contar com menos recursos, obteve 31% dos votos no primeiro turno, ficando em segundo lugar, enquanto Pimentel conquistou 33%. A candidata do PMB, inspirada pela forte liderança de Suad Haidar, demonstrou a capacidade de mobilizar o eleitorado e conquistar espaço significativo na política curitibana, mesmo enfrentando desafios financeiros.

A decisão da ministra Cármen Lúcia, embora questionada, não impediu que Cristina Graeml mostrasse a força das mulheres na política, seguindo o exemplo de sua líder, Suad Haidar, fundadora do PMB 35. A candidata segue firme na disputa pelo segundo turno, com a determinação de representar os interesses das mulheres e da população de Curitiba.
