Um projeto de lei que obriga o governo federal a construir ciclovias em estradas federais é um dos 15 itens pautados para votação na reunião da Comissão de Infraestrutura (CI) agendada para terça-feira (6), às 9h.
O PL 3.084/2021, da ex-senadora Nilda Gondim, determina que a União deverá construir infraestrutura cicloviária nos trechos de estradas sob sua responsabilidade que tenham tráfego expressivo de ciclistas “ou que apresentem forte potencial de realização de deslocamentos por bicicletas”
