António Guterres lembra que essas “disparidades profundas” estão enraizadas no “colonialismo e no patriarcado”. Estes sistemas sociais contribuem para uma “enorme resistência em reconhecer e respeitar os direitos, a dignidade e as liberdades dos povos indígenas”.
